Hotels, Inns, and Lodging in the Desert

Out here in the desert, there is a wide variety of hotels to choose from to stay at depending on your needs, your budget and your preferences. The high season here is from January 1 through April and even into May. It's a good idea to book your room well in advance for the high season, because most of the hotels are pretty solidly booked during that time. The variety of hotels is simply amazing! And there is something for everyone. Whether you came to the desert to golf or explore the hiking trails or to tour the world-famous architectural gems from the moderne ere here in the Coachella Valley, there's a hotel here that will meet your needs.

You may very well find yourself coming back time and again to the desert, and finally decide that it's time to consider investing in real estate here, whether as your second home, or as an investment home, or even as your primary home, which is an increasing trend. Many people move here as full-time residents from the coastal cities, such as San Diego, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and San Francisco because you can definitely get more home for your dollar here, compared to any of those extremely pricey areas, and still have money leftover for other things, such as investment, or starting a new career or just for fun things, like travelling.

So, while you're exploring the real estate market in the Coachella Valley, here are a few suggestions about where to stay.

As time goes on, I will be adding more hotels to this list.
